  • assessment reports;
  • subscriptions;

  • workshops booked and paid for through the website;

This Refund Policy does not apply to consultancy, advisory, mentoring, project delivery, discovery engagements, retained services or any professional services provided under a separate contract, Master Services Agreement, Consultancy Agreement or Statement of Work.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated, a digital download has been accessed, a template has been downloaded or online content has been made available to your account.

This reflects the fact that digital products cannot be returned once supplied.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund where you were charged in error, duplicate payments were processed, the product could not be delivered due to a technical fault attributable to GROUP 7 LIMITED, or we are legally required to provide a refund.

Assessment Reports

Where an assessment generates an automated report, the report is considered supplied immediately upon generation or delivery and refunds are not normally available after the report has been produced.

You remain responsible for ensuring the information entered into the assessment is accurate before submission.

Subscriptions

Where recurring subscriptions become available, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not normally entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.

Access to subscription benefits will continue until the end of the paid subscription period unless otherwise stated.

Workshops and Online Sessions

Where advisory sessions or workshops are purchased directly through the website, cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are normally non-refundable. If GROUP 7 LIMITED needs to reschedule a session, you may choose either a new appointment or a full refund.

Promotional Discounts

Refunds will normally reflect the amount actually paid after any promotional discount, voucher or coupon has been applied.

Chargebacks
